Facilitators provide a service based on the needs of the clients attending and ensuring individual needs are met. They are responsible to ensure that the service maintains quality assurance and relevance as set out in the written Program Outline as well as to ensure that all client related issues be respected and remain confidential.

Activities/Tasks:

• To avoid interruptions in the delivery of the service, the facilitator must notify the office
     if unable to attend his/her regular scheduled session(s).
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Team Leader regarding individual client issues
     and/or guidelines to the Program.
• Support regular and ongoing evaluation of the program.

Skills Needed:

• We are recruiting specifically for Reflexologists and Therapeutic Touch Facilitators.
• Accredited documentation and skill level to provide the service, whether it is Therapeutic
     Touch, Reflexology, Reiki or another touch therapy program.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Time Required:

• Varied hours 2 - 4 hours per month.
• Facilitators needed for day-time appointments only.
• Chedoke Location: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays.
• Time Blocks: 9:30-12:30 PM (11:30 AM) & 1:00-4:00 PM (3:00 PM).
