7-Style Tai Chi/Qi Gong for Individuals Affected by Cancer

In 7 moves, instructor Bas Opdenkelder combines Tai Chi and Qi Gong together to create a form that is both easy to learn and gently disciplined.

No previous experience is necessary to begin this program.  Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Tai Chi movements are very graceful and flow "like water and clouds."
Its many health benefits include building strength in joints and balancing the body.

Qi Gong is a Chinese system of physical training, philosophy, and preventive, therapeutic health care. Qi means air, breath of life or vital essence. Gong means work, self-discipline, achievement or mastery.

This art combines aerobic conditioning, isometrics, isotonic, meditation, and relaxation.
