Self-Guided Therapeutic Touch Therapy & Group Visualization for Self-Care

Our NEW group visualization and self-guided therapeutic touch sessions can help you to cope with anxiety and manage side effects and symptoms.  There are no waiting lists and you can use the tools you learn for practice at home.

There are two different kinds of drop-in sessions:

Self-Guided Therapeutic Touch runs one evening each month and involves leaders teaching participants techniques for self-care energy work that they can take home to practice.

Group Visualization runs frequently throughout the month, days and evenings, in a relaxing atmosphere.  It involves a facilitator guiding participants through a scripted meditative reading.  Each session is unique, as leaders will use different readings and incorporate music and a variety of other creative relaxation techniques.
