The hospital site of Wellwood is located on the first floor of Hamilton Health Sciences' Juravinski Hospital (formerly Henderson) beside Admitting.

The community site is Wellwood Juravinski House, presented by Hamilton Halton Home Builders' Association.  It is located on the grounds of Chedoke, at the intersection of Rice, Sanatorium and Chedmac.
